李东垣“阴火”的内涵及特征浅议

摘　　要："阴火"是李东垣脾胃内伤学说中的关键,金元时期"阴火"是病理"心火",即君火失制、相火妄为之"心火",病因为脾胃气衰,湿气下流。笔者认为"阴火"致病,主要表现为非独发热,首犯冲、督二脉,致病广泛、证候多端,阴火法时、升降浮沉等特征。＂ Yin fire＂ is the key content of LI Dong-yuan＇s Theory of Spleen and Stomach. During Jin and Yuan Dynasties, ＂ Yin fire＂ refers to the pathological ＂ heart fire＂ which is caused by cardiac fire failing to control,and ministerial fire becoming excessive. The reason for it is deficient spleen-stomach q,and descent of pathogenic dampness to the earth. The author of this article thinks that diseases caused by ＂ yin fire＂ have the following features such as fever attacking thoroughfare vessel and governing vessel first,then having various syndromes,yin fire changes,ascending and descending,floating and sinking,etc.
