麻杏石甘汤合四逆散加味治疗“寒包火”感冒106例

摘　　要：目的：观察麻杏石甘汤合四逆散加味治疗＂寒包火＂感冒的临床疗效。方法：将212例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组106例。观察组以麻杏石甘汤合四逆散加味治疗,对照组服用安分安分伪麻美芬片Ⅱ/氨麻苯美片。结果：观察组体温疗效有效率为94.34%,对照组为84.91%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义（χ^2=4.252,P=0.028）。观察组症候改善有效率为96.23%,对照组为84.91%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义（χ^2=4.102,P=0.036）。观察组主要症状积分差和总症状积分差均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组并发症发生率比较,无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论：麻杏石甘汤合四逆散加味治疗＂寒包火＂感冒临床疗效显著,可显著改善患者的临床症状。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Ephedra,Apricot Kernel,Gypsum and Licorice Decoction in combination with Supplemented Frigid Extremities Powder on ＂ frigiopyretic＂ cold. Methods： Two hundred and twelve patients with frigiopyretic cold were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 106 cases in each group. The ones in the observation group were treated with Ephedra,Apricot Kernel,Gypsum and Licorice Decoction in combination with Supplemented Frigid Extremities Variant Powder,while the ones in the control group were given Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride and Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide Tablets（ II） or Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride for oral administration. Results： The temperature effective rate of the observation group was 94. 34%,84. 91%,and the difference between them had statistical significance（ χ^2= 4. 252,P = 0. 028）. The improved symptom effective rate of the observation group was96. 23%,while that of the control group was84. 91%,and the difference between them had statistical significance（ χ^2= 4. 102,P = 0. 036）. The main symptom integration and the total symptom integration of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences between them had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The difference in the incidence of complications of the two groups was not obvious（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Ephedra,Apricot Kernel,Gypsum and Licorice Decoction in combination with Supplemented Frigid Extremities Powder has the remarkable clinical curative effect on ＂ frigiopyretic＂ cold,and can greatly improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms.
