五苓散合五皮饮加味治疗糖尿病肾病水肿27例

摘　　要：目的:观察五苓散合五皮饮加味治疗糖尿病肾病水肿的临床疗效。方法:将54例2型糖尿病肾病水肿患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组27例。对照组给予常规西医对症治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用五苓散合五皮饮加味治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为92.6%,对照组有效率为66.7%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后体质量明显降低,水肿明显减轻,尿量明显增加,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血尿素氮、肌酐、24h尿蛋白定量、血浆白蛋白、血尿酸水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:五苓散合五皮饮加味治疗糖尿病肾病水肿疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Five Substances Powder with Poria combined with Supplemented Five-Peel Beverage on edema due to diabetic nephropathy. Methods： 54 cases with edema due to Type 2 diabetic nephropathy were randomized into treatment group and control group,with 27 cases in each group. Control group were given symptomatic treatment of western medicine while treatment group were added with Five Substances Powder with Poria combined with Supplemented Five-Peel Beverage. Results： The effective rate was 92. 6% in treatment group and 66. 7% in control group; treatment group were obviously better than control group（ P〈0. 05）. In treatment group after the treatment,the body mass apparently declined,edema was greatly relieved,urine volume marked increased; the difference between the two groups had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of blood urea nitrogen,creatinine,urine protein quantitation of 24 h,plasma-albumin and blood uric acid in treatment group were better than these in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Five Substances Powder with Poria combined with Supplemented Five-Peel Beverage has remarkable therapeutic effects on edema due to diabetic nephropathy.
