摘  要:目的:观察瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合温胆汤治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)心绞痛的临床效果。方法:选取冠心病心绞痛患者240例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组120例。两组患者均给予冠心病二级预防治疗,对照组另给予硝酸酯类药物治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合温胆汤治疗。结果:两组心绞痛疗效比较,治疗组有效率为86.67%,对照组有效率为65.83%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组心电图疗效比较,治疗组有效率为71.67%,对照组有效率为45.00%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合温胆汤治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著。Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Trichosanthes,Chinese Chive and Pinellia Decoction in Combination with Gallbladder-Warming Decoction on coronary heart disease( CHD). Methods: Two hundred and forty patients with CHD were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 120 cases in each group. All the patients in the two groups were first given CHD II-grade preventative treatment,then the ones in the control group were added nitrate drugs,while the ones in the treatment group were added Trichosanthes,Chinese Chive and Pinellia Decoction in combination with Gallbladder-Warming Decoction. Results: In terms of angina pectoris,the effective rate of the treatment group was 86. 67%,while that of the control group was 65. 83%,and the treatment group was better than the control group( P〈0. 05). In terms of ECG,the effective rate of the treatment group was 71. 67%,while that of the control group was 45. 00%,and the treatment group was better than the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Trichosanthes,Chinese Chive and Pinellia Decoction in combination with Gallbladder-Warming Decoction has the remarkable clinical curative effect on CHD.
