茵陈蒿汤对药物性肝炎所致低蛋白血症的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察茵陈蒿汤对药物性肝炎所致低蛋白血症的影响。方法:选取本院2009年3月—2012年3月收治的药物性肝炎所致低蛋白血症患者62例,随机分成治疗组32例和对照组30例。两组患者立即停用所有对肝有损伤的药物,均给予甘利欣、思美泰治疗,治疗组另加用茵陈蒿汤治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后丙氨酸转氨酶、白蛋白、球蛋白均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:茵陈蒿汤具有保肝抗炎,促进肝细胞修复,促进肝细胞合成白蛋白的作用。Objective： To observe the influence of Virgate Wormwood Decoction on hypoalbuminemia due to drug-induced hepatitis.Methods： Sixty-two patients with hypoalbuminemia due to drug-induced hepatitis who were treated in our hospital between March of 2009 and March 2012 were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,with 32 cases and 30 cases respectively in each group. All drugs leading to liver injury were immediately stopped using for all the ones in the two groups,instead,they were given glycyrrhizic acid and Transmetil. What＇s more,the ones in the treatment group were further added Virgate Wormwood Decoction. Results： After the treatment,alanine aminotransferase,albumin and globulin of the treatment group were all better than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Virgate Wormwood Decoction has the functions of protecting liver,anti-inflammatory,promoting liver cell repair,and the albumin synthesis of liver cells.
