伸筋透骨汤加味治疗膝关节退行性骨性关节炎20例

摘　　要：目的:观察伸筋透骨汤加味治疗膝关节退行性骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法:选取膝关节退行性骨性关节炎患者40例,随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组20例。对照组给予常规西医对症治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用伸筋透骨汤治疗。结果:对照组有效率80.00%,治疗组有效率90.00%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:伸筋透骨汤加味治疗膝关节退行性骨性关节炎疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Flavored Shenjin Tougu Decoction（ FSJTGD） on knee degenerative osteoarthritis. Methods： Forty patients with knee degenerative osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 20 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine symptomatic treatment,while the ones in the treatment group were added FSJTGD based on the treatment of the control group. Results： The effective rate of the control group was 80. 00%,while that of the treatment group was 90. 00%,and the treatment group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： FSJTGD has the remarkable clinical curative effect on knee degenerative osteoarthritis.
