汉防己甲素片结合滋肾骨康丸治疗类风湿性关节炎合并骨质疏松症34例

摘　　要：目的:观察汉防己甲素片结合滋肾骨康治疗类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)合并骨质疏松症(osteoporisis,OP)的临床疗效。方法:将68例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各34例。观察两组治疗前后VAS评分、关节肿胀指数(Joint swelling index,SJS)、关节压痛指数(Joint tenderness index,TJS)、晨僵持续时间、骨密度以及类风湿因子(rheumatoid factors,RF)、血沉(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,ESR)和C反应蛋白(C reactive protein,CRP)活动性指标的变化。结果:治疗3个月后,两组VAS评分、SJS、TJS及活动性指标RF、ESR、CRP均较治疗前有明显降低(P均<0.01),两组之间比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);与治疗前相比,观察组腰椎、股骨颈及Ward's三角区BMD值明显增高,且治疗后观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:汉防己甲素片结合滋肾骨康丸可有效缓解RA继发OP患者的疼痛症状,增加骨密度,疗效确切。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of hanfangchin A in combination with Zi Shen Gu Kang Pill（ ZSGKP）on rheumatoid arthritis with osteoporosis symptom. Methods： Sixty-eight patients with rheumatoid arthritis with osteoporosis symptom were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 34 cases in each group. Then active index changes including VAS score,joint swelling index,joint tenderness index,morning stiffness duration,BMD,rheumatoid factors,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,ESRC reactive protein and CRP before and after the treatment of the two groups were observed. Results：After 3 months＇ treatment,VAS score,SJS,TJS,and the active indexes such as RF,ESR and CRP of the two groups were all obviously reduced than before the treatment（ all P〈0. 01）,and there was no statistical differences between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Compared with before the treatment,the lumbar spine,femoral neck and Ward＇ s triangle area BMD value of the observation group significantly increased,which was better than those of control group,and the differences between them were statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Hanfangchin A in combination with Zi Shen Gu Kang Pill has the precise clinical curative effect on rheumatoid arthritis with osteoporosis symptom,can effectively relieve the patients＇ pain,and increase BMD.
