痔瘘熏洗剂治疗肛肠疾病30例

摘　　要：目的:观察自制痔瘘熏洗剂治疗肛肠疾病的临床效果。方法:选取肛肠疾病患者60例,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组给予自制痔瘘熏洗剂治疗。结果:对照组有效率83.33%,观察组有效率93.33%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后疼痛、水肿、坠胀感、肛门潮湿感、出血评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CRP、SP、FGF水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自制痔瘘熏洗剂治疗肛肠疾病临床效果显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of self-made hemorrhoid and fistula smoked lotion on anorectal diseases. Methods： Sixty patients with anorectal diseases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with30 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine for treatment,while the ones in the observation group were given self-made hemorrhoid and fistula smoked lotion. Results： The effective rate of the control group was83. 33%,while that of the observation group was 93. 33%,and the observation group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,pain,swelling,bulge,anus wetness and bleeding scores of the observation group were all better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）; And its CRP,SP and FGF levels were all better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Self-made hemorrhoid and fistula smoked lotion has the remarkable clinical curative effect on anorectal diseases.
