加味桂枝芍药知母汤两种不同配伍法治疗小儿风湿痹证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察加味桂枝芍药知母汤两种不同配伍法治疗小儿风湿痹证的临床效果。方法:选取小儿风湿痹证患者104例,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组52例。对照组给予加味桂枝芍药知母汤加补肝肾药物治疗,观察组给予加味桂枝芍药知母汤加祛湿通络药物治疗。结果:对照组有效率73.08%,观察组有效率88.46%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后关节晨僵时间、关节压痛指数、关节肿胀数、VAS评分、HAQ积分、双手平均握力均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血沉、C反应蛋白、风湿因子水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味桂枝芍药知母汤联合祛湿通络中药治疗小儿风湿痹证疗效显著,能改善患者临床症状,降低炎症指标,其效果优于补肝肾中药。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Supplemented Cinnamon Twig Decoction Plus Peony and Common Anemarrhena Rhizome with two different compatibilities on paediatric rheumatism bi syndrome. Methods： One hundred and four patients with paediatric rheumatism bi syndrome were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 52 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given Supplemented Cinnamon Twig Decoction Plus Peony and Common Anemarrhena Rhizome in combination with medicine which can nourish liver and kidney,while the ones in the observation group were given Supplemented Cinnamon Twig Decoction Plus Peony and Common Anemarrhena Rhizome in combination with medicine which can remove dampness to dredge meridians. Results： The effective rate of the control group was 73. 08%,while that of the observation group was 88. 46%,and the observation group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,joint stiffness time in the morning,joint tenderness index,joint swelling degree,VAS score,HAQ integral,and average grip strength of both hands of the observation group were all better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Supplemented Cinnamon Twig Decoction Plus Peony and Common Anemarrhena Rhizome in combination with medicine which can remove dampness to dredge meridians has the remarkable clinical curative effect on paediatric rheumatism bi syndrome,can improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory index and has better effect than that of Supplemented Cinnamon Twig Decoction Plus Peony and Common Anemarrhena Rhizome in combination with medicine which can nourish liver and kidney.
