生血宁片治疗慢性肾脏病合并肾性贫血58例

摘　　要：目的:观察生血宁片治疗慢性肾脏病合并肾性贫血的临床疗效。方法:将108例慢性肾脏病合并肾性贫血随机分为对照组50例和治疗组58例。治疗组口服生血宁片联合多糖铁复合物,对照组口服多糖铁复合物,两组均同时联合皮下注射重组人促红细胞生成素及基础治疗。观察治疗前后外周血血红蛋白和红细胞压积、血清铁蛋白(SF)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血清肌酐(SCr),白蛋白(ALB)等指标变化。结果:治疗组有效率为85.29%,对照组有效率为55.88%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组用药后铁蛋白、血红蛋白、红细胞压积、白蛋白均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.01)。治疗组CRP水平较治疗前有所下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:生血宁联合多糖铁复合物胶囊能更有效纠正慢性肾脏病合并肾性贫血,改善铁代谢和营养不良状态,同时并未增加患者体内微炎症反应。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Sheng Xue Ning Tablets（ SXNT） on renal anemia of chronic kidney disease. Methods： One hundred and eight patients with chronic kidney disease（ CKD） were randomly divided into the control group with 50 cases and the treatment group with 58 cases. The ones in the treatment group were given SXNT in combination with polysaccharide-iron complex for oral administration,while the ones in the control group were only given polysaccharide-iron complex for oral administration. At the same time,the two groups both received recombinant human erythropoietin for subcutaneous injection and foundation treatment. Then peripheral blood hemoglobin and red blood cells deposited conditions before and after the treatment,SF,CRP,SCr,ALB,etc. of the two groups were observed. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was85. 29%,while that of the control group was 55. 88%,and the difference between them had statistical significance（ P〈0. 01）.After the treatment,SF,Hemoglobin,red blood cells deposited condition,and ALB of the treatment group were all much increased（ P〈0. 01）,but its CRP level was decreased and the difference between before and after the treatment had no statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： SXNT in combination with polysaccharide-iron complex capsule can effectively correct renal anemia of chronic kidney disease,improve the state of iron metabolism and malnutrition,but does not increase the patient＇ s body slight inflammatory reaction.
