四草汤保留灌肠治疗放射性肠炎39例

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟四草汤保留灌肠治疗放射性肠炎的临床疗效。方法:选取放射性肠炎患者78例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。观察组给予自拟四草汤保留灌肠治疗,对照组给予蒙脱石散联合地塞米松保留灌肠治疗。结果:观察组治疗后大便性状、腹泻、腹痛、腹胀以及里急后重等临床症状体征评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组有效率94.87%,对照组有效率84.61%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟四草汤保留灌肠治疗放射性肠炎临床疗效确切。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Self-made SI Cao Decoction（ SSCD） on radiation enteritis. Methods： Seventy-eight patients with radiation enteritis were chosen and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group. The ones in the observation group were given SSCD for retention enema,while the ones in the control group were given montmorillonite powder combined with dexamethasone for retention enema. After the treatment,the clinical symptoms such as the stool condition,diarrhea,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,tenesmus,etc. and the physical sign score of the observation group were all better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was 94. 87%,while that of the treatment control group was 84. 61%,and the observation group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： SSCD has the remarkable clinical curative effect on radiation enteritis.
