煨葛根茯苓汤联合锡类散灌肠治疗小儿肠炎40例

摘　　要：目的:观察煨葛根茯苓汤联合锡类散灌肠治疗小儿肠炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年7月—2014年7月在本院接受治疗的肠炎患儿80例,按照随机数字法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组给予锡类散灌肠治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用煨葛根茯苓汤治疗。结果:观察组有效率95.0%,对照组有效率67.5%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:煨葛根茯苓汤联合锡类散灌肠治疗小儿肠炎疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Weigegen Fuling Decoction（ WGGFLD） in combination with tin powder enema on child enteritis. Methods： Eighty patients with child enteritis who were treated in our hospital between July of2012 and July of 2014 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given tin powder enema treatment,while the ones in the observation group were added WGGFLD based on the treatment of the control group. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was 95. 0%,while that of control group was 67. 5%,and observation group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： WGGFLD in combination with tin powder enema has the remarkable clinical curative effect on child enteritis.
