摘　　要：目的:观察芪芍安胃胶囊/黄柴安胃胶囊治疗幽门螺杆菌感染消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选取幽门螺杆菌感染消化性溃疡患者120例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组60例。对照组给予三联疗法治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用芪芍安胃胶囊/黄柴安胃胶囊治疗。结果:治疗组临床疗效、胃镜疗效、HP根除率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:芪芍安胃胶囊/黄柴安胃胶囊治疗幽门螺杆菌感染消化性溃疡疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Qi Shao An Wei Capsule（ QSAWC） or Huang Chai An Wei Capsule（ HCAWC） in combination with triple therapy on peptic ulcer due to helicobacter pylori infection. Methods： One hundred and twenty patients with peptic ulcer due to helicobacter pylori infection were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 60 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given triple therapy,while the ones in the treatment group were added QSAWC or HCAWC based on the treatment of the control group. Results： The clinical curative effect,gastroscopic curative effect and Hp eradication rate of the treatment group were all better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： QSAWC or HCAWC in combination with triple therapy has the remarkable clinical curative effect on peptic ulcer due to helicobacter pylori infection.
