中药熏洗联合低位切开高位挂线法治疗高位复杂性肛瘘40例

摘　　要：目的:观察中药熏洗联合低位切开高位挂线法治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的临床疗效。方法:选择高位复杂性肛瘘患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予低位切开高位挂线法治疗,观察组在对照组的基础加用中药熏洗治疗。结果:观察组平均愈合时间、复发率、疼痛评分、术后创面分泌物量评分、肛门功能恢复情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗联合低位切开高位挂线法治疗高位复杂性肛瘘临床效果显著,能够加快患者康复进程,减轻术后疼痛,改善肛门功能恢复,降低术后复发率。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM fumigation in combination with low cut high hang line method on high complex anal fistula. Methods： Eighty patients with high complex anal fistula were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given low cut high hang line method,while the ones in the observation group were added TCM fumigation based on the treatment of the control group. Results： The average curing time,the reoccurrence rate,the pain score,the postoperative wound secretion volume grading,anus function recovery of the observation group were all better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：TCM fumigation in combination with low cut high hang line method has the remarkable clinical curative effect on high complex anal fistula,can quicken the patients＇ recovery,relieve postoperative pain,improve anus function recovery,and reduce the reoccurrence rate.
