玉屏风颗粒联合热毒宁注射液治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染25例

摘　　要：目的:观察玉屏风颗粒联合热毒宁注射液治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法:选择急性上呼吸道感染患儿50例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组25例。对照组给予热毒宁注射液治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用玉屏风颗粒治疗。结果:治疗组有效率92.0%,对照组有效率72.0%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患儿发热、咽痛、鼻塞流涕及咳嗽咳痰等临床症状缓解时间优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:玉屏风颗粒联合热毒宁注射液治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Jade Wind-Barrier particles in combination with Reduning Injection（ RDNI） on children＇s acute upper respiratory tract infection. Methods： Fifty patients with children＇s acute upper respiratory tract infection were chosen and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to random number table method,with25 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with RDNI,while the ones in the treatment group were given Jade Wind-Barrier particles. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 92. 0%,while that of the control group was72. 0%; And the treatment group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The alleviating times for such clinical symptoms as fever,sore throat,nasal congestion,running nose,phlegm with cough of the treatment group were all better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups had no statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Jade Wind-Barrier particles in combination with RDNI has the remarkable clinical curative effect on children＇s acute upper respiratory tract infection.
