摘　　要：目的:观察通腑理气方保留灌肠治疗恶性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法:将确诊入选的恶性肠梗阻患者随机分为两组,在常规治疗的基础上,对照组予等体积甘油灌肠剂保留灌肠,治疗组加通腑理气方保留灌肠,两组均连续治疗6 d。观察两组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组临床疗效优于对照组;治疗组治疗后4 d生存质量即有改善,7 d后效果更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,7 d后的效果有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:通腑理气中药保留灌肠能提高恶性肠梗阻患者疗效和生存质量。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction for Fu-Unblocking and Regulating Qi（ DFURQ） for retention enema on malignant bowel obstruction（ MBO）. Methods： The patients who were diagnosed with MBO were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. Based on the routine treatment,the ones in the control group were given the equal volume of glycerine for retention enema,whereas the ones in the treatment group were added DFURQ） for retention enema. The two groups were treated continuously for 6 days. Then the clinical curative effects of the two groups were observed. Results： The clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. After 4 days＇ treatment,the life quality of the treatment group was improved; After 7 days＇ treatment,the life quality of the treatment group was much more improved; And the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 01）. There was obvious statistical difference in 7 days＇ effects between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： DFURQ for retention enema in treating MBO can improve the clinical curative effect and the patients＇ life quality.
