舒筋定颤汤对帕金森病非运动症状的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察舒筋定颤汤对帕金森病(PD)非运动症状的影响。方法:将60例帕金森病患者采用随机按数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组根据不同阶段采用不同药物进行治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用舒筋定颤汤治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后帕金森病评定量表(UPDRS)、帕金森病生活质量量表(PDQ-39)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)变化情况。结果:治疗后两组UPDRSⅠ-Ⅲ评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.01),且治疗后治疗组UPDRSⅠ-Ⅲ评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组PDQ-39SI、SAS、SDS评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.01),治疗后治疗组PDQ-39SI、SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒筋定颤汤能改善帕金森病肝肾不足,痰瘀阻络证患者的非运动症状,提高患者的生活质量。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Shujin Dingchan Decoction（ SJDCD） on non-motor symptom of Parkinson＇s Disease. Methods： Sixty patients with Parkinson＇s disease were divided the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with different medicines at different stages,while the ones in the treatment group were added SJDCD based on the treatment of the control group. Then the changes of UPDRS,PDQ-39,SAS and SDS before and after the treatment in both groups were observed. Results： After the treatment,UPDRS Ⅰ-Ⅲ scores of the two groups were both decreased compared with before the treatment（ P〈0. 01）,and UPDRSⅠ-Ⅲ scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group. After the treatment,PDQ-39 SI,SAS and SDS of the two groups were both decreased compared with before the treatment（ P〈0. 01）,and PDQ-39 SI,SAS and SDS of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： SJDCD can improve non-motor symptom of patients with hepatic and renal yin deficiency and phlegm retention blocking meridians of Parkinson＇s disease,and enhance their life quality.
