扶正消瘤汤结合紫杉醇治疗晚期卵巢癌43例

摘　　要：目的:观察扶正消瘤汤结合紫杉醇治疗晚期卵巢癌的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年4月—2015年2月本院肿瘤科收治的77例晚期卵巢癌患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组34例和治疗组43例。对照组采用紫杉醇进行治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用扶正消瘤汤。比较两组患者临床症状缓解情况、治疗前后肿瘤变化情况及术后不良反应发生情况。结果:对照组有效率为44.1%,治疗组有效率为69.8%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后血清中CA125为(265.0±189.5)U·m L-1,治疗组为(90.2±50.2)U·m L-1,治疗组显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组化疗后不良反应发生率为44.19%,对照组不良反应发生率为58.82%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:扶正消瘤汤联合紫杉醇溶液治疗晚期卵巢癌患者疗效可靠,可有效改善临床症状,减少不良反应,有利于改善患者预后。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Fuzheng Xiaoliu Decoction（ FZXLD） in combination with paclitaxel on advanced ovarian cancer. Methods： Seventy-seven patients with advanced ovarian cancer who were treated in the tumor department of our hospital between Apr. of 2010 and Feb. of 2015 were chosen as the research objects,and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 34 and 43 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given paclitaxel treatment,while the ones in the treatment group were added FZXLD based on the treatment of the control group. Then the two groups＇ clinical symptoms relief condition,the tumor changes before and after the treatment,and the adverse reactions after the operation were observed and compared. Results： The effective rate of the control group was 44. 1%,while that of the treatment group was 69. 8%,and the difference between them had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,CA125 in blood serum of the control group was（ 265. 0 ± 189. 5） U·m L^- 1,while that of the treatment group was（ 90. 2 ± 50. 2） U·m L^- 1; And treatment group was much lower than the control group,the difference between them had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. After chemotherapy,the occurrence rate of adverse reactions of the treatment group was 44. 19%,while that of the control group was58. 82%,and the difference between them had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： FZXLD in combination with paclitaxel has the remarkable clinical curative effect on advanced ovarian cancer,can effectively improve clinical symptoms,reduce adverse reactions,and is helpful to improving patients＇ prognosis.
