青黛散防治放射性口腔炎40例

摘　　要：目的:观察青黛散防治放射性口腔炎的临床疗效。方法:80例头颈部放疗患者随机分成两组,治疗组采用青黛散治疗,对照组采用利多卡因、庆大霉素、氟美松溶液漱口,同时服用维生素B2,两组均坚持使用至放疗结束。结果:放射治疗2周、3周、4周、5周、6周后,治疗组Ⅲ、Ⅳ级口腔炎的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:青黛散防治放射性口腔炎疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Ingigninis Naturalis Powder on radiation stomatitis. Methods： Eighty patients who accepted head-neck radiation therapy were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The ones in the treatment group were treated with Ingigninis Naturalis Powder,while the ones in the control group were treated with licocaine,gentamicin and mimatsu fluoride solution for mouth rinse. And at the same time both took Vitamin B2 until the end of radiation therapy Results： After accepting stomatitis radiation therapy for 2 weeks,3 weeks,4 weeks,5 weeks and 6 weeks respectively,the occurrence rates of III-level and IV-level of the treatment group were all lower than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Ingigninis Naturalis Powder has very remarkable preventive and clinical curative effect on radiation stomatitis.
