针刺在人工流产术中的运用

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺疗法在人工流产手术(人流术)中的镇痛效果。方法:将自愿施行人工流产术的健康早孕妇女随机分为对照组和针刺组,每组各50例。针刺组在人流术前和术中针刺合谷(补法)、三阴交(泻法)、足三里(补法)、地机(泻法)穴。对照组不施加任何镇痛措施。分析两组宫颈松弛度、疼痛程度、人流综合征程度、血浆β-内啡肽水平及手术出血量。结果:两组宫颈松弛度、手术各时段疼痛程度、人流综合征程度及血浆β-内啡肽水平比较,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05),两组手术出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:术前和术中针刺合谷、三阴交、足三里及地机穴,具有良好的镇痛效果,镇痛效果可能与血浆β-内啡肽水平相关,且不增加手术中出血量。Objective： To observe the analgesia effect of acupuncture in artificial abortion. Methods： One hundred healthy pregnancy women who voluntarily accepted abortion were randomly divided into control group and the acupuncture group,with 50 cases in each group. The ones in the acupuncture group were given acupuncture on Hegu（ LI 4）,Sanyinjiao（ SP 6）,Zusanli（ ST 36）,and Diji（ SP 8） before and during the artificial abortion. The ones in the control group were given no any pain-relief measures. Then cervical relaxation,pain level at any period of abortion,artificial abortion syndrome extent,plasma β-endorphin level and operative bleeding of both groups were analyzed. Results： The differences in cervical relaxation,pain level at any period of abortion,artificial abortion syndrome extent,plasma β-endorphin levels between the two groups all had statistical significance（ all P〈0. 05）; The difference in operative bleeding between the two groups had no statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture on Hegu（ LI 4）,Sanyinjiao（ SP 6）,Zusanli（ ST 36）,and Diji（ SP 8） before and during the artificial abortion has good analgesia effect which probably has something to do with plasma β-endorphin level,and does not increase operative bleeding.
