温针灸治疗寒凝血瘀型月经后期24例

摘　　要：目的:观察温针灸治疗寒凝血瘀型月经后期的临床疗效。方法:将48例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各24例。治疗组采用温针灸法治疗,取穴为"阴三针"。对照组采用普通针刺法治疗,取穴为"阴三针"。结果:治疗组有效率为91.67%,对照组有效率为66.67%,两组有效率比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸"阴三针"治疗寒凝血瘀型月经后期有显著临床疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of warmed needling with moxibustion on late stage of menstruation with syndrome of cold obstruction causing blood stasis. Methods： Forty-eight patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 24 cases in each group. The ones in the treatment group were given warmed needling with moxibustion with the chosen points of ＂ yin three stitches＂,while the ones in the control group were treated with the common acupuncture therapy with the chosen points of ＂ yin three stitches＂. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 91. 67%,while that of the control group was 66. 67%; And the difference between them had significant difference（ P〈0. 05） Conclusion： Warmed needling with moxibustion with the chosen points of ＂ yin three stitches＂ has remarkable clinical curative effect on late stage of menstruation with syndrome of cold obstruction causing blood stasis.
