穴位按摩配合通乳方治疗产后急性乳胀30例

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位按摩配合通乳方治疗产后急性乳胀的临床疗效。方法:选择足月分娩的产后急性乳胀产妇120例,按照随机数字表法分为A组、B组、C组、D组,每组30例。D组给予常规护理,C组在D组的基础上于产后第2天给予穴位按摩治疗,B组在D组的基础上于产后第2天给予通乳方口服治疗,A组在D组的基础上于产后第2天给予口服通乳方和穴位按摩治疗。结果:A组开始泌乳时间优于B组、C组、D组(P<0.05);A组有效率优于B组、C组、D组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位按摩配合通乳方治疗产后急性乳胀疗效显著,能够缩短开始泌乳时间。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of point massage in combination with Tongru Decoction（ TRD） on acute postpartum breast bilges. Methods： One hundred and twenty patients acute postpartum breast bilges after term birth were chosen and were divided into group A,group B,group C and group D,with 30 cases in each group,The ones in group D were given routine nursing. The ones in group C were added point massage from the 2nd day after giving birth based on the treatment of group D. The ones in group B were further added TRD for oral administration based on the treatment of group C. The ones in group A were further added TRD for oral administration and point massage from the 2nd day after giving birth based on the treatment of group B. Results： The time for lactation in group A was better than those of group B,group C and group D（ P〈0. 05）. The effective rate of group A was better than those of group B,group C and group D（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Point massage in combination with TRD has the remarkable clinical curative effect on acute postpartum breast bilges,and can shorten the time for lactation.
