摘  要:目的:观察功劳木对乳腺癌耐药细胞MCF7/ADM逆转MDR1的作用。方法:选取乳腺癌细胞株MCF7/ADM和MCF-7/S,将其分为对照组和观察组。观察组给予功劳木加ADM,对照组给予ADM,通过台盼蓝拒染实验、MTT法和流式细胞仪对癌细胞毒性、功能等进行检测,对比两组乳腺癌细胞在相同浓度下的抑制程度。结果:观察组MCF7/ADM和MCF-7/S的抑制情况明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:功劳木对乳腺癌耐药细胞MCF7/ADM逆转MDR1具有明显的抑制作用。Objective: To observe the the functions of Chinese mahonia stem in reversing breast cancer drug resistant cells MCF7 /ADM into MDR1. Methods: Some breast cancer colonies of MCF7 / ADM and MCF-7 / S were chosen and divided into the control group and the observation group. The ones in the observation group were given Chinese mahonia stem plus ADM for treatment,while the ones in the control group were given only ADM. Then cancer cell toxicity and its function were detected by using trypanblue tropochrome experiment,MTT method and flow cytometry,and the inhibition of breast cancer cells of the two groups were compared at the same concentration. Results: The inhibition of breast cancer cells of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Chinese mahonia stem has obvious function of inhibiting breast cancer drug resistant cells MCF7 / ADM reversing into MDR1.
