酒灸联合护理干预哺乳期急性乳腺炎42例

摘　　要：目的:观察酒灸联合护理干预哺乳期急性乳腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将84例哺乳期急性乳腺炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组各42例,两组均给予哺乳期保健教育等护理干预,观察组用特制中药药酒对患者患部进行酒灸,每日1次,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:两组患者有效率无明显差异(P>0.05),但观察组治愈率优于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组患者哺乳不受影响,花费相对较低,患者更易接受。结论:酒灸联合护理干预哺乳期急性乳腺炎治疗周期更短,安全有效。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of wine moxibustion in combination with nursing intervention on lactation acute mastitis. Methods： Eighty-four patients with lactation acute mastitis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 42 cases in each group. All the cases in the two groups were first given nursing intervention,for example,health care education. The ones in the observation group were added wine moxibustion on the diseased area with specially made TCM wine,once each day. Then the clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The effective rates of the two groups had no obvious difference（ P〉0. 05）,but the cure rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. What＇s more,the lactation of the observation group was not influenced,and the patients were willing to accept this kind of therapy due to low cost. Conclusion： Wine moxibustion in combination with nursing intervention being used to treated lactation acute mastitis has shorter treatment course,remarkable efficiency and safety.
