摘 要:为了研究对旋风机建模对其性能影响,依据流体力学理论,采用3D激光扫描技术,对FBD5.0/2×7.5型号对旋式轴流风机叶轮叶片进行逆向建模,运用软件,建立了风机整体模型,并给出了流体场计算结果,对风机内部流场进行数值模拟并通过风管式实验装置对风机进行实验,验证了建模准确.结果表明,对对旋式轴流风机叶轮逆向建模,建模快速,模型准确,仿真数值结果与实验数据进行对比分析,仿真计算可行.为对旋风机建模提供了新的方法,提高了风机设计的精确度.In order to study the counter-rotating fan modeling for its performance impact,according to the theory of fluid mechanics,using 3D laser scanning technology,to reverse modeling the impeller blades of the FBD5. 0 /2 × 7. 5 type of the counter-rotating axial flow fan,the overall model of the fan is established,and the fluid field calculation results are given by using the software. Numerical simulation of internal flow field of fan and experiments on the counter-rotating fan through the fan duct type of the experimental device,and verifies the modeling is accurate. The results show that reverse modeling the impeller of the counter-rotating axial flow fan is fast and accurate,by comparing and analyzing the results of the numerical simulation and the experimental data,it is concluded that the simulation calculation is feasible. Provides a new method for the counter-rotating fan modeling,improve the precision of the fan design.
