摘  要:碱炉溜槽承担着将炉膛内熔融物安全顺利排放到绿液溶解槽的重要作用,由于熔融物高温,必须设计冷却水系统对溜槽进行冷却。工程设计既要满足高效的正常运行,也要充分考虑故障、维护等情况下运行的安全、平稳。结合某制浆造纸厂碱炉溜槽冷却水系统设计优化的实践经验,设计优化措施实施后可以大幅提高碱炉的正常运行效率,满足清洁生产和循环经济的要求,具有显著的经济和社会效益。Smelt can be discharged into green liquor dissolving tank smoothly through spout of alkali recovery boiler. Cooling water system must be designed to cool the spout because of the melt temperature high. The engineering design is to meet the normal efficient operation, but also gives full consideration of operating safety and stabilization in the condition of fault or maintenance. Combined with the practical experience of design optimization for spout cooling water of alkali recovery boiler in the pulp and paper mill, implementing desig n optimization measures can improve the efficiency of normal operation, meet the requirements of cleaning production and circular economy, having significant economic and social benefits.
