透明帽辅助常规胃肠镜在小肠上段病变诊治中的价值(附5例报道)

摘　　要：目的探讨透明帽辅助的常规胃肠镜对小肠上段病变诊断的可能性和价值。方法选择5例疑诊空肠上段病变患者,采用透明帽辅助方法进入空肠上段,进行黏膜活检或巨大息肉切除及其并发症的处理。结果所有病例均可到达空肠上段（距幽门下0.80~1.50 m）,在小肠上段发现病变,并进行内镜下成功诊治。结论透明帽辅助下常规胃肠镜可成功到达空肠上段,并完成相应的诊治操作,可部分代替小肠镜,该方法值得进一步推广。【Objective】To evaluate the role and possibility of transparent cap-assisted endoscope in diagnosis and treatment of proximal jejuna lesion. 【Methods】5 patients suspected to suffered with intestinal lesion, were examined or treatment by cap-assisted gastroscope or coloscope. 【Results】All 5 patients were completely fulfilled upper gastrointestinal tract and proximal jejunum（0.8~1.5 m remote from pylorus） examination with mucosa biopsy in 5 cases or polypectomy and titanium clip hemostasis after polypectomy in 1 patient. 【Conclusion】It is possible to fulfilled successfully examination and treatment in diagnosis and treatment of proximal jejunum lesion by cap-assisted gastroscope or coloscope which may be popularized conveniently in basic hospitals.
