摘　　要：网络数据的采集与共享是电信运营商推动大数据发展和应用的一项基础工作,它将分散在各个网元、链路、厂家网管系统中的网络数据进行采集,根据网络数据的类型、特性、用途,分别经过不同的处理和加工,再统一通过平台的标准化接口,实现数据的开放与共享。提出了两级采集一点共享的总体架构、端到端的数据流程、适配多种接口的数据采集功能,以及支持数据分布式处理与订阅共享的架构,并说明了网络数据采集涉及的关键技术,包括采集文件的统一命名和格式、采集状态监控(接口与设备)、采集与共享接口的设计等。The collection and sharing of network data is a basic work for telecom operators to promote the development and application of large data. It collects the network data scattered in all elements, link and manufacturers network management system. The da- ta is processed in accordance with the types, characteristics and usage. The data open and sharing is achieved according to the standardized interface of the platform. It proposes the overall architecture of two level acquisition system, end to end data pro- cedure, data acquisition function suitable for various interfaces, as well as the architecture supporting data distributed pro- cessing and sharing. It also describes the key techniques related network data acquisition, including the unified naming and the format of collected files, the monitoring of acquisition state, the design of acquisition and sharing interface.
