摘　　要：随着个人市场的逐渐饱和以及家庭市场产业关注度的提升,智慧家庭已经成为运营商聚焦发展的重点领域。国内智慧家庭市场虽然刚刚起步,但产业热情高涨,参与度高,未来市场空间广阔。3家运营商加快了在智慧家庭网络、平台及应用方面的布局,但也面临着切入点选择、业务重构及网络升级等方面的诸多挑战。在总结国内智慧家庭发展现状及趋势的基础上,分析运营商智慧家庭探索及挑战,提出运营商推动智慧家庭创新发展的策略建议。The gradual saturation of individual markets and rapid development of the home market make smart home become operators＇ focus areas. Domestic smart home has just started, but engagement rate is high. The future market is vast. The three opera- tors speed up the layout of network, platform and applications, but face many challenges such as entry point selection, appli- cation development and network upgrade, etc. It firstly discusses the domestic development of smart home, then analyzes the exploration and challenges of operators, finally it gives development proposals suitable for operators to promote innovation of smart home.
