潮湿基面用环氧封闭底涂料的性能研究

摘　　要：为了满足在潮湿环境下不间断的防水施工,研发了一种能用于潮湿基面的环氧封闭底涂料,考察了温度、湿度、固化剂种类、填料及环氧树脂和固化剂质量比对底涂料表干时间、实干时间、粘结强度等性能的影响,优选出E-51环氧树脂作为主剂,改性多胺为固化剂,石膏粉、乳化硅油等为填料的配方,并确定了各组分的配比。A kind of epoxy closed primer on wet base was developed in order to meet the requirement of uninterrupted waterproofing construction under wet condition. The influences of temperature, humidity, type of curing agent, filler and mass ratio of epoxy resin to curing agent on performances of the primer were investigated, such as surface drying time, actual drying time and adhered strength. The best formula which using E-51 epoxy resin as main agent, modified aliphatic as curing agent, gypsum powder and emulsified silicone oil as filler was determined, as well as the proportion of each component.
