摘　　要：黑色旅游的历史存在感与居民的情绪脆弱感阻碍了其在旅游领域中的深度发展,如何正确处理利益相关者间的利益冲突是促进黑色旅游"蜕变"的重要任务。通过厘清黑色旅游发展过程中各利益相关主体间的利益冲突,对冲突缘由、表现与解决方式做出分析,并对黑色旅游发展本质进行深入探索。The sense of historical presence and the emotional vulnerability have hindered its deep development. It is an important task to correctly among the stakeholders in promoting the breakthrough of dark tourism. conflicts among the various stakeholders in the dark tourism development and solutions of the conflict, as well as explores in depth the nature of the of the residents in dark tourism handle the conflicts of interests The paper clarifies the interest analyzes the causes,performance development of dark tourism.
