一带一路、亚投行与对外贸易潜力

摘　　要：基于"一带一路"战略的实施和亚投行成立两大背景,采用2004—2013年的相关数据,运用扩展引力模型测算了中国对亚投行欧洲创始国的出口潜力。结果表明,当前双边贸易属于潜力成长型,存在较大提升空间;经济规模与出口贸易量正相关,而人均GDP差值与出口贸易量负相关,距离与欧洲国家申报的贸易壁垒数则对两国贸易往来没有明显影响。最后,提出了相关政策建议。Based data from 2004 on the strategy of the Belt and Road to 2013,we used the extended gravity Europe funding countries. The results show that：the Initiatives, the establishment of AIIB and relevant model to calculate China＇s export potential to the current bilateral trade belongs to potential growth category and there is great space to improve;the scale of economy is positively related to the amount of export trade;the difference of per capita GDP is negatively related to the amount of export trade;the distance and TBT don＇t have obvious effect on the trade between the two countries. Lastly, corresponding policy suggestions are put forward.
