摘　　要：基于进出口流程便利化目标而确立的国际贸易标准具有局限性。文章对国际贸易非便利化的阻碍因素进行分析,从应用角度确立相关标准的体系范围,构建国际贸易标准的量化权衡模型,基于量化权衡模型对国际贸易标准进行分析,并基于科尔奈经济协调模式构建方格图解决国际贸易便利化问题。International trade standards which is based on the purpose of facilitating import and export process has related limitation in application.The paper analyses the non-facilitating obstructive factors in inter national trade,trying to establish a relatively standard system and construct a quantitative measurement model for international trade standard. Further anlyses are made on the base of the model and ways to solve the problem of trade facilitation are put forward on the basis of Kornal eeomic coordination system.
