Corrosion Behaviors of Ferritic/Martenstic Steel and Austenitic Stainless Steel in Supercritical Water

摘  要:采用腐蚀增重法,结合扫描电镜、能谱分析和X射线衍射技术对比研究了铁素体/马氏体钢P92和奥氏体不锈钢HR3C在550~650°C/25 MPa的超临界水中的腐蚀行为.结果表明,2种材料以均匀腐蚀为主,并且腐蚀增重均服从幂指数规律.P92钢的腐蚀增重比HR3C钢高近2个数量级,其表面氧化膜为典型的双层结构;温度极大地加速了P92钢的腐蚀,当温度低于650°C时其表面氧化膜完整连续,而在650°C时表面氧化膜出现开裂.HR3C钢的腐蚀增重随温度的升高而增大,但是并不明显;HR3C钢表面出现了少量的疖状腐蚀,基体材料内的Cr极大地抑制了疖状腐蚀的发展,其深度约为2μm.Corrosion behaviors of ferritic/martenstic steel P92 and austenitic stainless steel HR3 Cexposed to 550-650°C/25 MPa supercritical water(SCW)were investigated.The exposed specimens were characterized by weight gain measurement,SEM,EDS,and XRD.The results show that both materials exhibite general corrosion,and exponential kinetics in weight gain.The weight gain of P92 steel is approximately two orders of magnitude higher than that of HR3 Csteel,and the oxide scale exhibited typical duplex structure.The temperature accelerates the corrosion of P92 and the oxide scales are compact and continuous at temperatures below 650°C,while cracks are observed at 650°C.The corrosion of HR3 Csteel is also accelerated by temperature,but it is not as strong as P92 steel.Nodular corrosion is observed on HR3 C steel,while the high concentration of Cr in its matrix inhibites the growth of nodular corrosion deeply,and the deep of the nodular corrosion is appoximately 2μm.
