摘  要:基于某汽车双横臂扭杆弹簧独立悬架,利用ADAMS软件建立该系统的运动学和动力学模型,以该悬架系统的前轮定位参数为指标,数值模拟悬架系统前轮定位参数与前轮跳动量的关系,分析悬架系统前轮定位参数对整车系统性能的影响,数值分析结果表明,较大的主销后倾角能够增加汽车行驶稳定性和提高前轮回正性能,同时主销内倾角过大会加剧轮胎的磨损,另外,为了减少轮胎的磨损,前束角要与外倾角相匹配,上述仿真分析结果为对悬架系统进行进一步的优化设计分析提供了重要的参考。Based on the independent suspension of double-cross arm torsion rod spring of certain car,the paper uses ADAMS software to develop the kinematic and dynamic models of the system. With the front wheel alignment parameters of the suspension system as the indexes,numerical simulation is performed for the relationship between the front wheel alignment parameters and front wheel jumpiness,and the effect of the front wheel alignment parameters of the suspension system on the entire-vehicle system performance is analyzed. It's indicated through numerical analysis results that a large kingpin caster angle can improve the running stability for the car and front-wheel return performance,and an excessive kingpin inclination angle will aggravate the tire wear. In addition,to reduce the tire wear,the toe-in angle shall match with the camber angle. The above-mentioned simulation analysis result provides important reference for the further optimal design of the suspension system.
