摘 要:以自选矮秆玉米自交系08H67-2为母本,与14个父本杂交,研究08H67-2对F_1杂交种株高、穗位高、棒三叶及旗叶的叶片长和宽的影响。结果表明,用矮秆自交系08H67-2组配的F_1杂交种的株高、穗位高降低,穗位以上叶片数增多,棒三叶更紧凑,有利于杂交种种植密度的提高,是玉米理想株型育种的一个成功典范。Hybridizations taking dwarf maize inbred lines 08H67-2 as maternal line and 14 maize inbred lines as paternal lines were made to study the effects of 08H67-2 on the F_1 plant height, ear height, the length and width of three leaves nearby corn ear and the uppermost leaf. The results showed that the plant height of F_1 hybridized with dwarf maize inbred lines 08H67-2 was shorter, the ear height was lower, the quantity of leaves above corn ear were more, the distance of three leaves nearby corn ear was shorter. These traits were conducive to the increase of hybrid planting density. It was a successful example of maize ideal plant breeding.
