沸石和活性炭吸附生活污水中COD_(Cr)和NH_3-N的试验

摘  要:选择具备较强吸附性能的活性炭和沸石作为试验材料,以生活污水为研究对象,将吸附剂投加量和吸附时间作为影响要素,研究确定所选原料去除生活污水中COD_(Cr)和NH_3-N的技术参数。结果表明,随着沸石和活性炭投加量的增加,NH_3-N和COD_(Cr)去除率增加,当达到一定投加量的时候,去除率逐渐趋于平衡;随着吸附剂与污水水样接触时间的增加,沸石和活性炭对COD_(Cr)和NH_3-N的去除率呈现先升高后平稳的趋势。综合考虑成本等经济因素,沸石投加量为100 g/L(50 g/500 m L)时,对COD_(Cr)和NH_3-N的吸附效果较好,去除率分别为71.41%和49.68%,接触时间2 h为宜;活性炭投加量为400 mg/L(200 mg/500 m L)时,对COD_(Cr)和NH_3-N的吸附效果较好,去除率分别为81.59%和63.28%,接触时间1 h为宜。This paper was in the process treatment of domestic sewage and chooses strong adsorptive zeolite and active carbon as adsorptive material. The effects of adsorption were investigated in different dosage and adsorption time. The thesis was to examine the selected materials to the waste of COD_(Cr) and NH_3-N removal technology parameters by using experiments. The results showed that COD_(Cr) and NH_3-N removal increased with the increase in the dosage of activated carbon and zeolite. When the amount of the dosage was reached, the removal rate tended to balance. With the increase of the adsorption time, the removal rate of zeolite and activated carbon increased firstly and then balance. Considering the cost and other economic factors, appropriate dosage of zeolite was 100 g/L, of COD_(Cr) and NH_3-N removal rates were 71.41% and 49.68%, the optimum contact time was 2 h; appropriate dosage of activated carbon was400 mg/L, of COD_(Cr) and NH_3-N removal rates were 81.59% and 63.28%, respectively, the optimum contact time was 1 h.
