土地利用总体规划生态效应评价——以山西省宁武县为例

摘　　要：土地利用总体规划通过土地结构和用地布局对生态环境产生深远的影响,开展其生态效应评价对进行科学合理的土地利用决策和保护区域生态环境具有重要的理论和实践意义。从生态系统服务价值的角度对宁武县土地利用总体规划（2006—2020年）实施的生态效应进行定量评价。结果表明,2006—2020年,宁武县的生态系统服务价值呈增加的趋势,共增加了152.99×10^6元,生态环境得到改善,表明此规划合理;林地的生态系统服务价值最大,林地的增加对研究区生态系统服务价值的影响最显著。The comprehensive planning of land use has a profound influence on the ecological environment due to adjusting the land structure and land layout. To carry out ecological effect evaluation of the comprehensive planning of land use has important theoretical and practical significance for scientific and reasonable land use decision-making and protection of regional ecological environment. In this paper, the ecological effects on comprehensive planning of land use in Ningwu county from 2006-2020 were quantitatively evaluated from the perspective of ecosystem services value. The results showed that from 2006 to 2020, the ecosystem services value increased from 1 198.26×10~6yuan to 1 351.25×10~6yuan, a total increase of 152.99×10~6yuan, ecological environment had been improved, the planning was reasonable. In the composition of ecosystem services value, forest ecosystem services value was the largest, the increase of forest land had the most significant effect on the service value of ecosystem services in the study area.
