摘　　要：单倍体育种技术为小麦新品种选育提供了重要的技术保障,有利于缩短育种年限,加速育种进程,提高选择效率,对于遗传研究具有重要意义。小麦单倍体育种的方法主要有:离体培养、化学诱导、花粉诱导、异源细胞质诱导等,对这些方法的影响因素及其研究进展进行了阐述。Haploid breeding technology has provided important technical support for wheat breeding. It is advantageous to shorten the breeding period, speed up breeding process, improve selection efficiency, and has important significance for genetic research. The method of haploid breeding in wheat mainly has isolated culture, pollen induction, chemical induction, induction of heterologous cytoplasm, and so on. In this paper, the influence factors and research progress of these methods are described.
