转基因抗虫棉花基因类型及原理研究进展

摘　　要：评述了苏云金芽孢杆菌杀虫晶体蛋白基因、苏云金芽孢杆菌营养期杀虫蛋白基因、蛋白酶抑制剂基因、植物外源凝集素类基因、RNA干扰技术涉及到的一些昆虫来源基因等几类抗虫基因的抗虫机理及其在转基因棉花中的应用,并分析了抗虫转基因棉花研究目前存在的问题和发展趋势。通过回顾总结我国转基因抗虫棉已取得的成果,以了解我国现阶段转基因抗虫棉研究的进展程度,为进一步研究转基因抗虫棉提供方向。The mechanisms of several important insect resistant genes about Insecticidal Crystal Proteins, Vegetative Insectidal Proteins, Proteinase Inhibitors, Lectins, insect and their applications in developing transgenic insect resistant cotton were summarized.The existing problems and developing tendency of the transgenic insect resistant cotton were analyzed and discussed. The results of transgenic insect resistant cotton in China were summarized, which will understand the research progress of transgenic insect resistant cotton at the present stage in China, provide the direction for further research on transgenic insect resistant cotton.
