摘 要:棉花是我国重要的经济作物,新品种的选育和应用对我国棉花产业的发展具有重要意义。综述了不同育种方式在棉花遗传育种中应用的现状,指出目前我国棉花新品种选育进展缓慢,抗病虫、抗除草剂、抗逆、高产、高纤维品质、无酚棉、彩色棉等优良品种资源缺乏,高光效、高产、新型抗虫抗病等优良基因的挖掘和利用不足。并针对性地提出必须进一步加强传统育种和现代分子育种手段的有效结合,进行基础研究和目标育种,不断优化和改进育种方式,扩大我国棉花产业的优势,提高我国棉业的国际竞争力。Cotton is one of the most important economic crops in our country, the breeding and application of the new varieties is of great significance to the development of cotton industry in China. This paper summarized the general situation of cotton industry in China and the status of different breeding methods in cotton breeding and pointed out that the development of cotton breeding in China was slow,many good resources such as insect resistant, herbicide resistant, stress resistant, high yield, high fiber quality, no phenol cotton, colour cotton, and so on, were still lack. Good genes about high light efficiency, high yield, new insect resistant had not been utilized. This paper put forward traditional breeding and modern molecular breeding methods should be combined more effective, continued utilize basic research and target breeding, optimized and improved breeding methods, and expanded the advantages of cotton industry in our country to improve the international competitiveness.
