摘 要:转基因技术在果树遗传改良方面具有重要意义。目前已报道的转基因方法几乎都能成功得到转基因植株,但不同的方法间转化效率存在很大差异,且对不同的果树而言,同一方法的转化效率也不尽相同。迄今为止,主要的转基因方法有农杆菌介导法和外源基因直接导入法两大类,且以农杆菌介导法应用最为广泛。文章对这2种方法及取得的成果进行了阐述,并对研究中存在的问题提出了建议和展望,以期为果树品种改良提供依据。The transgenic technology has important significance in the genetic improvement of fruit trees. Almost all transgenic method that have been reported can be used to obtain transgenic plants. There were differences between the different methods, and the transformation efficiency of the same method was not the same for different fruit trees. There were two major categories of transgenic method, Agrobacterium-Mediated and direct induction of exogenous DNA. The method most widely used was Agrobacterium-Mediated.In this paper, the two methods and the research results were described, and the existing problems and the research prospects were also discussed to provide the basis for the improvement of fruit varieties.
