摘　　要：美国土地征收可追溯至建国之初。拥有200余年历史的美国征地制度,较大地促进和适应了美国工业化、城市化和农村地区的发展。土地征收制度实际上是美国经济社会发展的必然产物。通过对其公共用途界定、土地征收程序及救济、补偿范围和标准、补偿原则等方面历史考察,可以追溯土地征收制度发展的历史脉络,还可得到一个考察土地征收制度生成和演变的值得借鉴的参考标本。The US land acquisition system,with more than 200 years of history,can be traced back to the beginning of the founding of the country.It has greatly promoted and been adapted to the industrialization of the United States,urbanization and the development of rural areas.In fact this system is an inevitable product of the economic and social development.Through the historical investigation of its public purpose,land acquisition procedure and relief,compensation scope and standards,and compensation principles,it not only can be traced back to the historical context of the development of the land taking system,but also can get a reference to study the formation and evolution of land acquisition system.
