浆印工艺用于开发家纺织物的实践

摘　　要：探讨浆印工艺应用于开发家纺织物的要点。分析了印经工艺的优越性和可行性,开发了对应的浆印设备,介绍了其结构和安装使用方法;在不同组织的织物上进行了试验,结果表明:缎纹织物上浆印效果最好;以桑皮纤维棉混纺纱与长丝交织物为例,介绍了浆料选择、染料配方和织造工艺要点。认为:浆纱印经同步完成可节约能耗,绿色环保。The key points of adopting sizing ＆ printing process in development of home textile fabric were discussed. The advantages and feasibility of warp printed processing were analyzed. Corresponding sizing and printing equipment were developed. The construction together with the installation and application method were introduced. It was tested on fabrics with different fabric textures. The results show that the sizing ＆ printing effect on satin fabric are the best. Mulberry fiber cotton blended yarn interwoven with filament was taken as an example. The key points of size mixture selection, sizing instruction and weaving processing were introduced. It is considered that sizing and warp printing were finished at the same time, the energy consumption can be saved and is green.
