摘 要:探讨防弹背心内外层织物组成材料及关键技术。分析了防弹背心的防弹机理和内外层织物的进展.对比分析了锦纶66的物化性能及耐化学药品性;指出高强度锦纶66作为防弹背心内外层材料,采用平纹组织织造。外层织物紧度80%~90%、内层织物紧度在80%左右时,防弹背心综合指标较好;总结了织造准备工艺和后整理方式。认为:合理选择防弹背心的内外层织物,优化调整工艺,可达到预期效果。Inner and outside fabric composition of bulletproof vest and key technology were discussed. The bulletproof principle of bulletproof vest ,inner and outside fabric progress were analyzed. The physical and chemi cal properties together with chemical resistance of polyamide 66 were compared and analyzed. It is pointed out that the comprehensive indexes of bulletproof vest are better when high intensity polyamide 66 is selected as the inner and OUlside material of bulletproof vest, plain texture weaving is adopted, tightness of outside fabric is a round 80%- 90% and the tightness of inner fabric is around 80%. The weaving preparation processing and fin ishing method were summarized. It is considered that expected effect can be obtained by reasonable selection of in ner and outside fabric of bulletproof vest, the optimization and adjustment of processing.
