摘  要:根据目前矿井对顶板事故隐患预防的实际需求,设计了一款基于低功耗单片机MSP430的顶板位移传感器,当顶板发生位移时,探头部分通过钢丝绳的长度变化引起对单片机检测到的输入电压发生变化,同时传感器之间的数据传输采用MESH自组网技术。模块之间组网自由,配置每个模块也很方便,同时通过对MSP430单片机进行软件编程,实现了传感器低功耗稳定运行,目前传感器已经在一些煤矿应用,在预防顶板事故方面起到了良好的使用效果和经济效益。According to the actual demand of coal mine roof accident prevention,designs a roof displacement sensor based on low power MCU MSP430. When the roof shift, the change of the input voltage of the single chip microcomputer is caused by the change of the length of the wire rope,the sensor has the change of input voltage, and the data transmission between the sensors is used by MESH Ad hoe network technology. It is convenient to set up the network, and it is also convenient to configure each module. And through the MSP430 microcontroller software programming, it realizes the stable operation of the sensor with low power consumption. At the same time, the sensor has been used in some coal mines. It has good effect and economic benefit in the prevention of roof accidents.
