摘 要:刨链在链道中牵引刨头运行时受力复杂,通过对刨头阻力、刨链摩擦阻力和刨链预紧力进行分析,研究了溜槽转角对刨链受力的影响,并找出在预紧力作用下上链与下链的最大受力点;利用计算机编程对BH38/2×630型刨煤机采用的准38 mm×137 mm刨链受力进行仿真,得到了前后刨链的受力及其变化规律,并找出了刨链回转接头衬套与挂环的应力分布。The drag force of the plow chain in the chain channel is very complex. The friction resistance and the pre tightening force of the plow chain were analyzed. The effect of the conveyor angle on force of the plow chain was studied, the maximum stress point of the front plow chain and the rear chain was found. The Stress of φ38mmx137 mm chain of BH38/2x630 plow was simulated by computer program, the stress and its variation law of the front and rear chains were obtained, the stress distribution of the hush and hanging ring was found.
