摘  要:分析说明了单轨吊驱动装置的驱动原理,驱动轮的受力状态;对驱动轮滚动前进所需正压力的来源方式进行了新型设计,给出了原理分析;分析了驱动轮直径尺寸跟所需马达扭矩之间的函数关系,对马达的选型提供了参数依据;给出了正压力传递的关键部件(马达套)的三维立体图,利用ANSYS软件进行有限元分析,根据材料的力学性能与仿真结果验证了设计的可行性。Analysis shows the braking characteristics, braking principle of monorail crane brake mechanism, coal production safety regulations on monorail crane braking performance requirements; Key components of monorail Analysis shows the monorail crane driver drive principle, the stress of driving wheel; To the drive wheels rolling forward the way for the new design of positive pressure source, it gives the principle analysis, Analysis of the driving wheel diameter size with the function relation between the required motor torque, provided the foundation for parameters of motor selection; Are key components of pressure transmission is given (motor), three-dimensional stereogram, using ANSYS finite element analysis software, according to the mechanical properties of materials and the simulation results verify the feasibility of the design.
