齿轮减速器传动零件相互引起的失效研究

摘　　要：阐述了齿轮减速器齿轮、轴、轴承中任意一种零件失效后,对其他传动零件的工作带来不利因素,造成其他传动零件的失效现象;根据传动零件的工作特性、受力图、强度和变形理论等分析了各类失效现象的产生原因;总结了通过加强维护、改善受载状况、改进制造工艺等措施,可以有效降低失效现象的出现。Gear, shaft, bearing failure of the gear reducer,which has a negative effect on other transmission parts,resulting in the failure of other transmission parts;According to the working characteristics of the transmission parts, the stress pattern, the strength and the deformation theory, the reason of the failure is analyzed;Summarized by strengthening maintenance,to prevent overload, improve the manufacturing orocess and othermeasures, effectively reduce the failure phenomenon.
