摘　　要：精细化管理已成为一种通用的管理思想,在各行业的管理中被越来越广泛地应用。本文通过对精细化管理内涵的叙述,指出了其在图书采购应用中的现实意义,并针对高校图书馆图书采购质量管理中存在的问题,提出了精细化管理在图书采购一些环节的具体应用,以期达到提高图书采购质量的效果。Fine management has become a general management thought, in all sectors of the management is more and more widely. Based on the connotation narration of meticulous management, this paper puts forward the significance of its application in purchasing books. Aiming at the problems of book purchasing quality management in university hbrary, it points out the concrete application of fine management in books purcha- sing, in order to improve the quality of books purchase effect.
